Delete your TalkGo account

This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Deleting your account will remove:

Your profile, photos, posts and comments
All private messages you have sent and received
Your points balance, purchases and VIP status (where applicable)
Your matches, blocks and reports
Your e-mail address and Google account linkage

Prefer to do it in the app?

Open TalkGo → Profile → Settings → Delete account. Both routes delete the same data.

No longer have access to that e-mail?

E-mail us from any address you control at privacy@knt.asia with your nickname and, if possible, the last four digits of the phone number or e-mail on the account. We will verify your identity and complete the deletion manually within 30 days.

Your account has been deleted

Your profile is no longer visible to other users and you can no longer sign in. Your e-mail address and Google linkage have been released, so you may register a new account with them in future if you wish.

What happens next

Immediately: your profile, photos, posts and messages stop being served to other users.
Within 30 days: the remaining account record is deleted from our production systems.
Backups: residual copies are overwritten as backup cycles rotate, and in any event within 90 days.
Legal holds: a small number of records may be retained where the law requires it — purchase records for tax purposes, and safety records (reports, blocks, moderation actions) to enforce our Terms of Service. These are kept in a restricted form and are not used for anything else.
